Juan is located near Lake Megami in Shinshu Shirakaba highland, 1,530 m high. From spring to early summer you may walk around to watch sprouting green and flower in nthe highland; in summer even during the day the temperature just reachs 28℃ with low humidity where you can stay to avoid urban heat under the comfortable wind blowing through trees or play tennis; in fall the changing colors of leaves can be best seen from early Oct, with golden pine changing colors seen from late Oct worth taking a look; from early Nov to mid Nov, you can enjoy grabbing apples; from Dec to May, you can enjoy skiing on the qulity powder snow which is of quality where even if you rolled over in it, you wouldn't really get wet just with wiping it out; some come over here just to enjoy watching the snow landscape, a place to fully enjoy all of the 4 seasons. Juan is a small pension with 7 rooms accomodating up to 20 but is also equipped with 2 rooms for groups / families with 4 beds. Enjoy dinner in the familial, at-home atmosphere; we tried to serve hand-made warm meals as they are. At night have conversations around the fireplace; in the morning we want you to enjoy hand-made bread and fresh salad.
