Tsukemonoya (pickles shop) Matusoshoten
A shop specilized in Nozawana pickles, specialty product in Shinshu. With special pickle production method (a way called heaven-earth reversing in reversing it) traditional to ours, we will extract the taste of materials, with enough pickling the taste of fermentation. We pickle them with our hands (not by machines) and eyes watching to the fullest.
