"Utsukushigahara Highland Nature Conservation Center was founded in 1993 to show conditions of the environment where plants and wild animals of Utsukushigahara Highland inhabit to visitors. There are exhibition halls in which you can learn the necessity of nature protection and some dos and don'ts during your visit.
In addition, it's also the base for park rangers, all-year-long nature observation, extermination of invasive species and its presentation."
