"Located in the center of Japan, there are various views of different season on vast highland at 1,600 meters. Kirigamine Cottage is enclosed with abies firma and larch woods, with quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We are hospitable to meet different needs of people who love nature. Kowashimizu Marsh is just in front of the cottage, with streams flowing and lovely highland plants flourishing. No smoking is allowed in the cottage. It's alkaline pure hot spring by pH 9.5, welling up from 1,500 meters below ground.
There are many sports facilities. Training projects by schools and companies can also be organized here.
In winter, the highland turns into a world wrapped by silver. The Ski Resort is just at hand."
