Tateshina highland, Barakura English garden

"Tateshina highland, Barakura English garden" was opened in the early summer of 1990. Established under the integrated design of the owner, Kei Yamada in the area of about 10,000 ㎡ with specialist from designer, stone craftman to garder all from England, to be born as the first genuine English garden in Japan. An English garden is a comfortable healing space with the soft color, flagrance of flowers and butterflies and bees flying around and birds singing. Starting with 2,500 grasses and flowers imported from England to be implanted back then, plants we have planted are growing very beautifully with the design of the garden. As one of the "English (English-style) gardens in the world, Tteshina Barakura also has been contained in a specilized book with authority in England, and broadcast in TVs in U.S, too. In "Barakura flower show" held globally every year, we welcome a lot of people from across the nation. In addition, our brand for fashion and goods, "rose-color lives", reflecting the beautiful nature of English garden is undeway. Comfortable natural environments and "making" born in them are the life style that makes your heart indeed rosy. If you can have an abundant sense of humans and nature coexisting from the garden, we will be more than glad. In 2009, we participated 3 times in "Chelsae flower show" in England, the home to gardening, to be even praised by the Queen. We believe that more and more people will visit our English garden as we are determined to fulfill our mission as the pioneer in Japan. As people in England enjoy, please come over again and again to our garden throughout all the seasons. We wil be happy if you fully feel the ease and seasonal joys.
